Weekly Yard Waste Service

Your Yard Waste Away subscription includes the use of one 96-gallon Yard Waste Away bin and regularly scheduled weekly curbside yard-waste collection. Your subscription is billed monthly and continues automatically until canceled. Because service is provided weekly, the number of pickups in a calendar month may vary.

Your Yard Waste Away Bin

The 96-gallon bin provided to you remains the property of Yard Waste Away. Customers are responsible for reasonably caring for the bin while it is assigned to their property. Please do not permanently alter, paint, drill into, remove identifying markings from, or intentionally damage the bin. If service is canceled, the bin must be made available for retrieval. Lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or unreturned bins may be subject to a replacement charge.

What Can Go in Your Bin

Your Yard Waste Away bin may be used for ordinary residential yard waste, including:

• Grass clippings
• Leaves
• Weeds
• Garden vegetation
• Hedge and shrub trimmings
• Small twigs

Materials should fit completely inside the bin and the lid should be able to close.

What Cannot Go in Your Bin

Please do not place household garbage, plastic bags, food waste, animal waste, dirt or soil, rocks, concrete, lumber, treated wood, construction or demolition debris, paint, chemicals, hazardous materials, stumps, or large branches in the bin. Yard Waste Away reserves the right to leave a bin unemptied if it contains prohibited materials or cannot be safely serviced. When practical, we will notify you of the issue so it can be corrected.

Larger Yard Debris

Branches or other yard debris that are too large for your regular bin are not included in the standard weekly subscription. Separate small- and large-debris pickup services may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing oversized debris out for collection so we can confirm acceptance and applicable pricing.

Pickup Day & Bin Placement

Customers will be provided with a regular pickup day after service begins. On your scheduled collection day, place your bin at the curb or roadside in a safe, accessible location. The bin should not be blocked by vehicles, gates, fences, landscaping, or other obstacles.

Missed Pickups

If your bin was properly placed out for collection on time but Yard Waste Away misses your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. A pickup may not qualify as a missed service if the bin was not out on time, was inaccessible, contained prohibited materials, was unsafe to service, or did not comply with these Service Terms.

Weather, Holidays & Service Delays

Pickup schedules may occasionally change because of severe weather, holidays, road conditions, equipment problems, disposal-facility closures, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. When practical, Yard Waste Away will notify affected customers of significant schedule changes.

Service Area

Yard Waste Away's initial service area is limited to eligible residential addresses within ZIP code 37043 in Clarksville, Tennessee. An address within 37043 does not necessarily guarantee service availability. Yard Waste Away may limit service based on route availability, accessibility, safety, or other operational considerations. We may expand our service area in the future.

Monthly Billing & Automatic Renewal

The weekly yard-waste service is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the billing schedule shown at checkout until your subscription is canceled. Any promotional pricing offered at signup will be governed by the terms of that promotion. Future customers may be offered different pricing or promotions.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their recurring service in accordance with the cancellation method provided by Yard Waste Away. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund charges for service periods that have already begun, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by Yard Waste Away. After cancellation, the Yard Waste Away bin must remain accessible for retrieval.

Safety & Right to Refuse Collection

Yard Waste Away reserves the right to refuse or postpone collection when servicing a bin or property could reasonably create a safety risk, violate disposal requirements, damage equipment, or expose personnel to hazardous or prohibited materials. Repeated violations of these Service Terms may result in suspension or discontinuation of service.

Changes to Service

Routes, pickup days, disposal requirements, accepted materials, pricing, and other service details may occasionally need to change as the business grows or operational requirements change. When a change materially affects an existing customer's recurring service or price, Yard Waste Away will provide notice as required by applicable law.
